E316 Erythorbate de sodium, Isoascorbate de sodium

It is the sodium salt of isoascorbic acid (E315). It is a synthetic antioxidant, used, like E315, to preserve the color and taste of meat products and some frozen fish. Its use does not seem to present any risk.
